Important Note: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and PV99. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use the PV99 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. PV99 does not permit any form of access by minors and takes this obligation seriously.
- Be the individual registering under your own name — not on behalf of another person, company, or any other entity.
- Do not operate or access the platform from regions where online gaming services are prohibited or restricted under applicable local laws.
- Have never had an account restricted, suspended, or banned by PV99 for any breach of terms.
Each player is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and their funds forfeited.
KYC Process: pv99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Documents that may be requested include your identity card, utility bill, or other documents confirming your identity and address. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
2. User Account & Responsibilities
Your PV99 account is strictly personal. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including:
- Keep your password and login credentials confidential. pv99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- Ensure that no other party uses your account — whether a family member, friend, or anyone else.
- Notify the pv99 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
- Ensure that your registered profile information is accurate and up to date at all times.
Pv99 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your own login credentials.
3. Deposit & Fund Withdrawal
The pv99 platform supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:
Regarding Deposits:
- Minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
- Funds will be credited to your account within 30 seconds after payment is successfully processed.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
- Pv99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
Regarding Withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per application.
- Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your pv99 account.
- Pv99 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to meet compliance requirements.
- Withdrawal processing time is typically between 1 to 24 hours on business days.
- Funds derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
Attention: pv99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious or inconsistent activity is detected on the account. The hold period shall not exceed 7 business days, except in cases requiring further investigation.
4. Bonus & Promotions
Pv99 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated in the respective promotion terms.
- The wagering requirements (rollover) for each bonus are stated in the respective promotion terms and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, non-sellable, and cannot be used by another account.
- Pv99 reserves the right to void bonuses claimed through abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or methods that violate the spirit of the promotion.
- Bonus value does not count as cash balance until the wagering requirements are fully met.
Note: pv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements.
5. Game Rules
All games available on the pv99 platform are supplied by internationally accredited providers and use random number generators (RNGs) verified by independent audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.
- Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, pv99 will review the server logs to determine the valid outcome.
- If a system failure prevents a game from being completed, all affected bets will be returned to the player's account balance.
- Players are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, or external tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
- Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
6. Prohibited Conduct
To keep the PV99 platform safe and fair for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Identity fraud — registering or using an account with another person's personal information.
- Money laundering — using the PV99 platform to exchange or conceal illicit funds.
- Player collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Use of VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions.
- Bug exploitation — exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorised credits or wins.
- System intrusion — any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt PV99's infrastructure.
Consequences of Violation: Any account found to be involved in the above activities will be suspended immediately, all funds in the account may be forfeited, and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
7. Security & Data Privacy
Pv99 takes seriously its responsibility to protect the personal and financial information of every member. Security measures implemented include:
- 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and pv99 servers.
- Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes that cannot be decrypted — even PV99's own team cannot read your password.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts and is strongly recommended to be enabled.
- Continuous account monitoring by automated systems that detect unusual and suspicious activity.

8. PV99 Liability Limits
Pv99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Internet service or telecommunications infrastructure disruptions beyond PV99's control.
- Failure of the device or web browser you use to access the platform.
- Financial losses arising from fair and legitimate game outcomes.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
- Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators.
PV99's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Account Termination & Suspension
Pv99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the pv99 support team. Eligible funds will be returned once all checks and compliance requirements have been completed. For accounts terminated due to a violation, pv99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Pv99 reserves the right to modify, add, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
Players are encouraged to check this page regularly. The last updated date will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the pv99 platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Material Change Notification: For amendments deemed material — such as changes to withdrawal or privacy policies — PV99 will endeavour to notify players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
11. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion tools available to all PV99 members include:
- Deposit Limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your total deposit amount.

- Self-Exclusion — choose to permanently self-exclude from the platform if needed.
